Maraasim – meaning building relations & connections, is unique in every way! It’s interiors are vibrant and poppy and inspired from Moroccan and Afghan trends. This less than a month old restaurant is a must try if you want to experience distinct dishes inspired from the various states of India.
This place offers eccentric cuisines like chicken lava cake where liquid butter chicken gravy oozes out when you cut it open! They also serve other unique items like Paneer Kadhai Lasagna, Quattroformaggi Mini Kulcha, Avial Sizzler, Apple jalebi with chilled sabudana kheer topped with tulsi seed falooda.
Their meals are priced anywhere between average to slightly expensive where an average price for two would come up to Rs.1500/-
Here’s What We Tried
Anari Cheese Cigar Rolls: A tad different from your regular cheesy cigar rolls, this one has a surprise stuffing of pomegranates to balance out the taste!
Quattroformaggi Mini Kulchas: Mini Kulchas stuffed with 4 types of cheese – Cheddar, Emmental, Amul & lue Cheese. This one is a must try for you cheese lovers!
Paneer Kadhai Lasagna: This gravy is prepared by adding mildly spiced buttery kadhai gravy between layers of paneer sheets. Goes well with Pudina Roti!
Butter Chicken Lava Cake: The Showstopper dish is here! Your 2 most favorite things are combined together to form this unique preparation. Soft chicken crust on the outside with warm molten butter chicken gravy on the inside that oozes out when you cut it open!
Assorted Rotis: We tried the Khurmi Naan, Ajwain Biscuit Roti, Laccha Paratha and Pudina Roti. Of all the rotis, we absolutely loved the Pudina Rotis and the Ajwain Biscuit Rotis!
Chadni Paneer Kofta Sizzler: Once you read the sizzler section of their menu, the first thing you notice is the unique variety that they have to offer. We tried the Chadni Paneer Kofta with Saffron rice and Veg Bhujia which is one of our personal favourites. The koftas are very soft and melt in your mouth and are slightly crispy too! The rice is very aromatic and mildly spiced and goes well with the paneer gravy.
Baked Gulab Jamun Rabri Cranberry Tart: For sweet endings, this signature dessert is a must-have! The sweet gulab jamun and the sour cranberry come together to create a perfect balance and magic in your tastebuds 😉 Don’t give this one a miss!
